This is a great massager. It's my 3rd of this model. However the corded model worked for a very long time, exceeding 20 years. The newer model with the charger will not work. The plug on the charger is defective and Amazon will not replace as it's been more than 30 days. I will try to contact the manufacturer tomorrow (Homedics) to hopefully get a replacement. The charger is seriously defective and does not work, which renders the entire unit useless. Do not buy this product. Update: I was able to buy another charger on Amazon that fit this massager and now it works super great again! So glad to have it functioning. It's so powerful! No other massager is as good!

For years we had an exact duplicate of this product and it lasted a long time. Suddenly one of the two ...I'll call it thumper nodes, stopped working. Decided to find the exact same product if possible and found this one which is actually better as it's cordless unlike our first one. This is a fairly heavy duty massager that works great.

5/8/26 would give it a zero if i could . waste of money i have had it for one month, just long enough to miss the return date, and it is already making noise, like a part has shifted and the vibrating head is hitting the casing.it is also starting to change speed while operating and is no longer running at a consistent speed. my first massager from brookstone lasted 15 years this has barely lasted 30 days. too bad.! it looked nice, but i would never buy it,or anything from this company again. i cannot even return it, it is passed that date. it waited just long enough so i am stuck with it. added a picture of the inside of case. note motor shafr does not connect to head vibrator. rubber part is broken.

I have been buying these massagers for years. They started out a Brookstone product. They were always a tad bit high but worth it. The massager is good or improving circulation, and I use it for my back and my hip. It is buying me some time so I can push back my expected surgery. This is a life saver in many ways.

This is a great massager that doesn’t hurt when it gets near a bone. It is gentle yet firm if that makes sense. It is so much better than anything that I have tried in many years. My husband and I both love it. One charge lasts for longer than I can stand to use it. Great for pain, relief and tired, sore muscles.

What appears to be a “gimmicky” product, turns out to be a pleasant useful massager. The ability to use both hands to guide it properly makes it very useful to manage it around the areas needing help. We actually bought a professional massage gun, but found this product more useful and returned the other. The ability to self-massage is easier and more manageable than the massage gun.

I ordered this thinking it would provide enough deep tissue massage but it is a little more than a heavy vibrator

Not as strong as the corded version. After too much pressure is applied, it stops working as tho the motor lack power to penetrate into the muscle for deep therapy session.
