One capful daily as maintenance; 2 capsful daily if symptoms occur. I use CranActin daily; it's available on Amazon. I take 4 vegan capsules a day, as directions prescribe, and I haven't had any problems. If any symptoms should start to show, I add the Cystex liquid for a day or two. About 3 years ago, I started having chronic bladder infections, then I found out about CranActin and Cystex. (My doctor would always prescribe antibiotics and I feared that eventually antibiotics would become useless). The Cystex pills helped me get on top of an infection, then I started the CranActin in Feb. 2019, I've gone a year and a half without a bladder infection; what a relief it has been.
