Colossal Failure

This was an unmitigated disaster! We ordered and paid for a pallet (150,000 sheets) of LEGAL sized Hammermill paper and instead we received a pallet of Letter Sized paper. For 4 days we have been attempting to get this corrected and neither Amazon or Hammermill have been in the least responsive.

Hammerhill paper is good quality though lighter in weight and thickness it performs as expected
