LiPo batteries are a bit more complicated for charging then other battery types. The safest to assume for battery health is to charge at 1C, which means it would take about 1 hour to change this battery. A 1300mAh battery should be charged at 1.3 amps (1C), which should take about 45min to an hour using the "Balance" charging type on your LiPo battery charger. I would recommend watching the video "How to charge a lipo battery using a 4-button charger" by RcModelRevews.
