The Original Kaiser Classic Loaf Tin (30 x 11 x 8 cm) features a durable steel body with a premium non-stick coating, designed for flawless heat conduction and easy loaf release. Oven-safe up to 230°C and resistant to sourdough acids, this BPA-free, German-made tin delivers professional-grade baking results with minimal cleanup.

## Description

The king cake mould is one of the classics among baking moulds - for cakes and loaves with corners and edges. The rectangular loaf pan is about as wide as it is high. It is used for sweet and hearty baking, for example for stirring cakes, pies and various breads such as box wheat bread. They are available in different sizes and made of different materials, but they always offer the best baking properties. Metal king cake pans with ceramic non-stick coating can withstand high temperatures and are resistant to food acids. Ready baked, it will not be overthrown: the springform pan opens with the tension lever and the cake can be safely lifted out of the mould. With this collection, baking becomes your easiest exercise because Kaiser Classic offers the right shape for every cake idea. In the twelve different baking moulds in classic black, cake bases and bundt cake are just as successful as mares and Frankfurt wreath. The round springform pan is available in five different sizes with an interchangeable tube base as well as for heart cakes. The spring tray for cheesecake and pizza has a conical edge that can be fully opened with a tension lever. Made of high-quality fine sheet, heat is well conducted and the dough gets an even browning. The moulds are energy-saving, not prone to scratches and are easy to clean.

Fils, petit-fil, arrière petit-fils de boulanger, j'avais le souvenir de ces moules métalliques noirs simples (pas de revêtements antiadhésifs à l'efficacité relative et éphémère) inusables et qui n'attachaient jamais et j'ai retrouvé, avec un petit pincement au cœur, cette qualité dans ces moules. Un coup de pinceau pour graisser très légèrement avant usage et un simple coup de torchon après usage et le tour est joué. Increvable et inusable. Je recommande.
