EASYCARE 10064 Algatec Super Algaecide-Clarifier, 64 Fl. Oz Bottle

This stuff is amazing for your pool. We had some rust stains coming up on bottom of pool. Poured this in and the stains are gone.

Fast delivery. Good product

We had some black spots on our pool wall. This was recommended to us by a friend. It did not take away the spots immediately, however, it does take them away over time. Over the course of a couple days, we noticed them getting smaller and smaller and eventually completely disappear. It does advertise that it takes a few days, so they’re being honest in their directions. It also helped with the clarity of our water. Overall, this was a good purchase & we’ll definitely order again.

This product works very well, however don’t let the algae build up to a really bad point . Once your pool or pond is clear keep adding on a regular basis.

Okay, so, admittedly, I don't really go out of my way to do product reviews because well, ADHD and lazy. This stuff deserves all the alcaide I could ever give though. LOOK I know who I am as a person and yet, I still bought a house with a pool and cited that toxic phrase "I can do that" when it came to cleaning and maintaining it. Spoiler alert, I COULD but did I? NO. I'm sorry but I'm cold and cleaning a pool in winter is a no from my dawg. Enter algaegeddon 2024. My pool was literally a swamp this morning. I couldnt even see the bottom and I was legitamently waiting for SpongeBob to pop up and laugh at me. I ordered this last night and it was delivered an hour ago. 5 minutes after I put it in the pool, I could start to see the bottom and those familiar blue-green glimmers of a past, far less cold and lazy time. I'm stoked to check in the minimum 4 hours the Directions cite. Bravo. Do yourself a solid and just buy it. You won't regret it. It has already saved me about a week and half an in ground pools' worth of water bill.

The HCH clarifier works better for what algae i was trying to clear. This product MAY work better on black algae or something else IDK. It worked, but I would not purchase it again for my pool.

Well, yesterday my pool water was cloudy (30,000 gallon inground, vinyl liner). Clean, but cloudy. Super shock and a bottle of Algatec (as directed) and this morning the pool is 90% clear. I’ve used this product in the past but I knew this recent event was going to be a challenge. I’ve been trying to get this under control for 2 days. I know…$40 for 64 ounces seems a bit pricey …but Algatec WORKS! (Oh, and the local pool supply store wanted $200 for an algae cocktail) Back to Algatec…it works overnight. I’ve used cheap algicides in the past- thought I was saving money. Going forward I’ll use only Algatec. Could not be more delighted with the result. Thank to Algatec and thank to Amazon.

Looks good
