Brilliant everything hw I wanted it

the Bike is great, no problems at all however my second lithium battery has still to arrive, and by up grading to a captains seat i lost the lockable box and replace with a wire box that is next best to useless, however the bike is good comfortable to ride.

DON'T BUY ONE I have got one and I have had a lot of trouble with it. I have just had 2 punctures and I have tried to get someone out to repair. them and give it a service. I can't get anyone to touch it because it is Green Power. I rang Green Power and they will help me. They won't mend the punctures, but they will only sell me a complete wheel with the tyre at £85 each plus a call out charge of £128. That is a total of £298 for 2 punctures. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The company that sells these do as little as possible for you. I still haven't had a detailed invoice noting the£ 500 I paid for in extras, or the manual for the scooter I bought .I paid a lot extra to get a captains seat with the swivel seat, it didn't come with the swivelling seat but after a call they sent a fitter out to put the adaption on.After he had left I went shopping, now the seat is too high and I can only just reach the handle bar's so I rang and told them he hadn't raised the handles and could they send him back to adjust them I got a NO the handle bar's on this model can't be raised! Why would they fit a seat knowing that it was going to happen? I asked them to send him back to remove it. They said not this week! But if they do it will cost me £120 to remove an adaption that had they told me I couldn't reach properly, I wouldn't have had done. I've now got a scooter that's dangerous to drive! My advice, think carefully before you buy one!!

This is my first mobility scooter, chosen for the following criteria. Large wheels - These are a boon in rough areas, with less bumps and fewer opportunities to be stuck. Powerful motor - I live in a hilly area and weigh above average for my size. The Green Power Scooter is excellent in this regard, managing both with little strain on the 1000W motor. Security - The scooter features both alarms when moved just a fraction and wheel lock upon further attempts Over and above the scooter looks good without immediately suggesting "DISABILITY!". something which was personally important to me.

Do not give them your money! I bought direct from their website but I thought Amazon customers should know before buying from Green Power mobility (aka mobility power) Scooter arrived not as described (upgraded seat does not have the box as shown in advert). It was not suitable for me as the seat and handlebars do not adjust. Tried to refuse delivery but the driver would not take it. Then I had a nightmare trying to return it. I agreed to let an engineer come out and put the original seat on but as the weeks have passed no visit was ever arranged. I then explained I wanted a refund and I was sent this email: "We do not arrange for collections for the mobility scooter. If you wish to return it, because you reported that you wish to return it within the first 2 days, yes you will have until the 15th of September to return it. Let us know when this will be returned back to us, and once it has been received then you will be refunded for your scooter." I now have to find a way of getting the scooter to North Yorkshire from Norfolk at my own expense. Do not buy from this company. The customer service is shocking. They want your money but don't care as soon as they get it. I doubt they would be speedy resolving any faults as its been 2 weeks without an engineer coming out.
