Apple Silicone Case with MagSafe (for iPhone 12 Pro Max) - Amethyst

This case is a real beauty. Fits my iPhone 12 pro max like a glove. It has a very nice feel to it and offers great security should it fall. However, there are limits to the distance you can let it fall. Don't be tempted by the cheeper knock offs, this is the best, go for it.

As with previous Apple silicon cases, this one is excellent. They cover all the phone edges and, from personal experience, I can vouch for the effectiveness of the silicon protection when a phone is dropped, even on to tarmac. I bought this case in advance of my new iPhone 12 Pro Max so that I could protect it from the moment I had the new handset. The main differences between this and previous Apple Silicon cases is that I covers all edges (my last case left a gap at the bottom) and it has a really robust feeling lip around the huge camera lenses that are a feature of the latest iPhones.I recommend these Apple cases and know the price-tag can be off-putting, but it really is a “you get what you pay for” situation. Cheaper cases pale in comparison and don’t last as long. I had my previous iPhone 6S Plus for 5 years and only used 2 of these Apple Silicon cases over that time. They really do last well. I used to buy cheap cases for £10 or so each, but they would only last 6 months to a year.

Typical Apple product, good quality very sturdy and tactile if not a little expensive.

The case fits the iPhone Pro Max perfectly and is very slim with a non slip matt finish. There is a raised lip around the rear camera lenses and small lip on the front to protect the screen.I don't have the all new Apple Magsafe charger but the case works okay with my Anker wireless Qi charger.This case was my second choice after purchasing a TORRAS ultra thin case that didn't fit properly which was very disappointing because I used the same style of case on my iPhone X.

Very easy to hold and feels good in the hand. Good quality apple product. However after using it for a few months. The bottom edge rubber started peeling off and has revealed the metal protector edge.

Firstly, I would like to clarify two things: one is about the quality of the Apple Silicone Case with MagSafe (for iPhone 12 Pro Max) - Cyprus Green that I bought; and secondly, about the attitude of the customer service staff at Apple Southampton customer service.Firstly, I personally purchased the Apple Silicone Case with MagSafe (for iPhone 12 Pro Max) - Cyprus Green from the Apple section of the Amazon website on 27 March 2021. According to Legal, Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty – Accessory (November 19, 2021 - Present): “Please note: All claims made under the Apple One-Year Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this warranty document. … If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Apple, at its option will (1) repair the Product at no charge using new parts or previously used Apple genuine parts that have been tested and passed Apple functional requirements, (2) exchange the Product with a replacement product of the same model (or with your consent a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product – e.g., a different model with the same features, or the same model in a different color) that is new or comprised of new and/or previously used Apple genuine parts and has been tested and passed Apple functional requirements), or (3) refund the original purchase price.”This means that as a consumer, I can ask Apple to dispose of it in the three ways described aboveBecause the material of this product is silicone, the silicone case is covered against defects in materials and I therefore made an appointment with the offline shop Apple Southampton at around 12.15am on 23 January 2022 and received a text message at 12.21am on 23 January 2022 confirming the appointment with Apple Southampton at 12.21am on 23 January 2022. confirmation email from apple southampton for a scheduled appointment at 1.15pm on 23 January 2022. As the shop was crowded, I went in a few minutes early to reflect the situation as I didn't want to cause unnecessary hassle and then the staff said I would need to wait and asked me to help me with the replacement at 3.40pm. I said yes and then I received a text message at 3.40pm. As it was a Sunday, the shop was particularly crowded and I arrived and waited for almost 10 minutes or so before I was informed that I would not be able to have my phone case replaced. I was very angry about this, not because it could not be replaced, but because I waited for at least 2 and a half hours to get a result, my time is also money and more importantly my life, and I am outraged by this kind of behaviour that wastes customers' time. Poor customer service has damaged Apple's image in Southampton or in the UK. The evidence and investigation can be seen in more detail through the monitoring of the shops.

this is an amazing shock-absorbing case, I've dropped my phone over a million times cause I'm that clumsy, and I'm in a work environment that is a bit rough. this case just eats all that falls up. I'm at a point where I'm comfortable throwing my 1100 pound phone around like it's a toy cause I know how good this phone case is. 10/10 would recommend. downside: its a grease magnet so just keep it clean when possible
