I somehow thought this took 2 batteries.** A: The battery life of 2.0A battery is 20-25 minutes, if the battery duration time is significantly shorter than this, please contact us via the warranty card or send us an Amazon message, we will send you a replacement battery. If an extra battery is needed, it will be available in our Amazon store on July 15th, 2021. **Q: Where can you purchase extra replacement spools?** A: Good luck with the replacement spools. My original spools would break about every 15 seconds and the string would disappear into the spool. Maxlander did not back their product at all. They put it on me to respool the line because according to them the factory didnt spool it right. I respooled to no avail. They would not replace the spool. They did offer however that they would have new spools in March and I was welcome to purchase them if I wanted. No thank you MaxLander, No Thank You. **Q: This comes with 6 spools & 2 batteries?** A: Yes. Before July 12th, 2021, we offer 6 spools and one battery, since the high requirement of the extra battery, now we offer 2 batteries in a price that is a little higher than before. **Q: Is 5.94 Lbs weight that's included battery for me to hold the trimmer ? Or how much weight all total? How do you feel it?** A: The weight of the battery in not included.
