Great product
I have been looking everywhere for a weighing scale suitable for weighing my Amazon parrot that didn’t cost the earth. This scale is very good and great for weighing birds from budgies to African grey size. I would say probably not suitable for large parrots such as macaws just because of the stand size. This is a very stable scale and gives an accurate measurement. I’m very pleased with it.

Far too sensitive
Bought for blue and gold macaw. Nice looking scale, very handy perch, but far too sensitive to get a true weight unless you have a bird that will perch and not move a muscle

Accurate and able to accommodate birds of vastly different sizes
Fantastic scale!! I foster a lot of different size parrots for a rescue, so finding a precise scale for the biggest and smallest has been a challenge. This one is getting the job done. I have three macaws. The perch bar is just large enough for them to grasp without falling off, and the weights are accurate. My tiniest parrots, green-cheek conures, can gingerly balance on the bar long enough to get a weight, and it captures their grams accurately as well. If I foster a budgie or parrotlet, I'll need to use a basket with top, but it's super easy to get a tare weight in this case. Excellent product. Would buy again.

Good But Reflective At The Bottom
Great scale, seems very accurate, very convenient, but I wish the glass base wasn't reflective as it heightens and distracts the birds, especially my rescue who is easily triggered
