I like the flavors & I get the recommended dosage of Calcium I need without the discomfort in your stomach,like when you take Calcium tabs directly,if you have a sensitive stomach give these a try I think you will notice the difference.& of course ck with your Doctor 1st.

Tums are my go-to whenever I get a hint of indigestion or heartburn. One usually does the trick but occasionally I’ll need two to make my tummy settle down. Tums gives me the relief that I need. The assorted berries flavor are my favorite. I’ve been using them for over 15 years.
