Met all my expectations
I use buckwheat puffs to make up my own muesli, following the recipe given in "The Dirt Food Diet" by Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten. Buckwheat is a gluten free, high protein pseudo grain. It's a great addition to a high quality breakfast.

We are on the Sirt diet and it is part of the breakfasts recommended but I will make chocolate crispies with them too!!Very filling and enjoyed the taste although quite a mild flavour.
