HIGH5 Zero Electrolyte Hydration Tablets, Blackcurrant, 160 Tablets

These electrolyte tablets have been fantastic. I first bought them when I became quite dehydrated after working out too much and not drinking enough water, and they helped me rehydrate and feel much better over the following few days. Since then, I've been using them regularly, especially after intense workouts or during hot weather, and they really help me feel refreshed and rehydrated.The berry and strawberry and kiwi flavours are my favourites, they taste great, dissolve quickly, and don't have the artificial or unpleasant taste that some electrolyte drinks do. I like serving them in very cold water, sometimes with ice and fresh mint, which makes them even more refreshing.I'm really impressed with the quality and effectiveness of these tablets and will definitely continue buying them. Highly recommended.

If you are looking at these and wondering whether they are useful to keep around for workouts, busy days or hot weather, yes. The tube is small, easy to carry, and the tablets dissolve without making a mess.The blackcurrant flavour is pleasant, and because they are sugar free they are a good option when you want something more useful than plain water without turning it into a sweet drink. It is the convenience that makes them worth buying.My tip would be to keep a tube in a gym bag, work bag or car, and drop one into a bottle before you actually need it. Handy, simple and practical. I was pleasantly surprised with this product. It fills the bill. It’s a good hydration solution if you’re working out a lot. The hydration tablets dissolve easily in water and taste great. The product doesn’t come in one off plastic bottles and the tube the tablets come in is recyclable. Win-win-win!

Very subtle taste, easy to drink

Noticed this summer I was drinking plenty of water or tea after a workout but still terribly thirsty. The penny dropped that I needed the minerals I'd lost in sweating. These tablets dissolve easily, making up a very pleasant drink that properly satisfies the thirst. Great find and at a great price.

Super fast delivery. Great flavour electrolytes drink, stores well in smart tube. Takes a while to totally dissolve with some gitty bits left in glass when finished the drink. All in, good value, would not be without them.

Starting with the positives, I take these electrolytes everyday they help with hydration after gym sessions and are 0 calories so can’t go wrong. They’re is plenty in a pack so probably lasts me 2 weeks at a time.However I have to pretty much drink these in one as the taste is not great. I have noticed if not used with enough water you will get a strange frothy texture at the top and it does not mix in amazingly
