Beware - this product model is for 120V, 60Hz power supply
It was ordered on 21-Jun-2021 and delivered on 15-Jul-2021 and return window was closed on 16-Jul-2021!!! However, upoond reaching out their customer support team handled the return / refund professionally. Name plate wattage rating was found 300W instead of specified 500W. An important information regarding supply voltage rating of the appliance is 120V, 60Hz should be indicated on the product technical details

Good Quality but not Quantity
Quality is surely pretty good but quantity of cooked rice is limited barely for two persons.

Nice rice pot, stainless steel, still in use after 11 years...
I bought this Sept 2015, and I'm reviewing this 11 years later... It's lasted that long, average 3-4 days per week of usage It's a good size for a small family. The best part is the stainless steel - easy to clean, no flaking or chemical leech off The key to non sticking rice is to let it sit unplugged for about 10 minutes after cooking (don't worry rice will still be hot) - the bottom rice scoops up cleanly , no waste I'd say "I'd buy it again", but really I don't have to - it's still going strong

WRONG PLUG FOR EU
This cooker is advertised in the Dutch Amazon store but does not come with a plug that fits European outlets. It is an American plug.
