Koshi Chime Terra/Earth

Really wanted a wind chime that didn't sound like clatter or have a sharp, loud sound that could wake or bother others. This wind chime isn't super sensitive, just enough to add a little bit of ambience to my balcony without bothering my neighbors. This chime is beautiful and soft which is exactly what I wanted.

I bought the Koshi Chime for a calming sound element in my meditation space, and the tone is absolutely beautiful—soft, ethereal, and soothing. It’s lightweight and has a handcrafted, natural look that fits perfectly in a peaceful or boho setting. When it arrived, the packaging was simple but secure. The chime itself looks delicate and high-quality, and the sound it produces when it catches the breeze or is lightly tapped is pure magic. However, I made the mistake of hanging it near an open window where it was exposed to some moisture. After a few rainy days, I noticed light rust forming around the metal inside the chime. It’s definitely not waterproof and shouldn’t be left outside or anywhere humid. ✅ What I like: Gorgeous, calming sound Lightweight and beautifully made Perfect for indoor spaces or meditation rooms ⚠️ What could be better: Not suitable for outdoor use—will rust if exposed to water or high humidity A warning label about moisture would be helpful Would I buy it again or recommend it? Yes—with a warning. If you keep it dry and protected, it’s absolutely worth it. Just don’t make the mistake of hanging it outside or in the bathroom. Overall, the Koshi Chime is a lovely piece with magical sound quality—but treat it like a musical instrument, not a weatherproof decoration.

I gifted this chime to my friend who does facial massages, and it turned out to be the perfect addition to her practice. She uses it at the end of the session — the gentle sound instantly relaxes the client and softly signals that there are about five minutes left before the treatment ends. The beauty of the sound is very grounding, the chime feels well made and durable, and for something that adds so much atmosphere, the value for money is great. A small but meaningful detail that elevates the whole experience.
