InnoGear 80LED Solar Wall Lights Pack of 2

I have purchased many solar lights of many styles and brands and all things considered (including price) these are just about as good as I have gotten for some key reasons. They have a few different settings to choose from but the one I like is light on constant after dark in a "dimmer" state then when it detects motion it really lights up to the claimed 450 lumens (which is, comparably speaking, quite bright) then when motion ceases it goes back down to the dimmer state which is probably half or less but ample power to light dark areas enough to eliminate those "creepy" dark areas most of us seem to have around our homes. If you have an area that is just too dark, these are very effective in providing a bit of constant light in those areas with a brighter light for your convenience and your security when the motion sensor is tripped. Very cool and, based on what I feel is the appropriate range for the motion sensors and the brightness choices ( both subjective of course) combined with the consistent and reliable performance of this motion feature, I feel that it was nicely executed by the manufacturer! 2: Whoever decided on the final settings and options did it right (we think). Not all solar lights have options and some do but bad or useless ones. The dim option then bright when motion is detected is terrific and quite useful. Also the mounting options are well thought out. You can simply mount them to your fascia board or any vertical member like a gate or wall (I've effectively used all three options) as they are or you can use the extension if you need them to extend out from the fascia to compensate for a flower bed for example. I have used both options where one option works and the other option would not work at all Nicely thought out! What would be helpful from the manufacturer is a template for where to put the screws because that can be a little tricky but still rather simple if you use your melon. You'll see when you do it. (hint: make your own template out of paper - See, I used my melon!) 3: The lights are built from a plastic(y) material but nevertheless, seem well put together. Again, many (if not most) of the solar options out there are NOT well put together and do not give me the impression that they will last. These do. Although they are made of plastic (or a similar material),are simple, attractive and nice, they arrive in very nice packaging with mounting hardware (screws and hollow wall anchors and instructions and the overall impression I got was that these look like they will give me a few years of service. So far they have delivered. I have not had a lick of trouble with any of them (About 10) in a few months. As far as solar lights of this type, these are in the high price range so I expect a more premium product. These are, without question, working like a premium product. My endorsement is official. Just make sure you have ample sun in the areas you will place these....... or am I unnecessarily stating the obvious? Good luck!

I've ordered these twice before (different versions) and they last about 2 years or so. They work well, are pretty bright and easy to install. Recommended for sure.

The side of my garage where the garbage cans live is really dark at night. Which is a problem when I need to put out the garbage at night. I really didn't want to find a source of power and drill a hole through the wall for a side light on the side of the house. So I screwed one of these guys to the eves above the garbage cans, above the side door to the garage. Now it's no longer so dark at night, and no electrician needed, cool! Some things to think about: 1) It's *bright* when the motion sensor trips. It lights things up well. 2) I dinged it a star because the motion sensor only trips when I'm within maybe six feet of the doorway above which this is mounted. The front gate is twelve feet from the side door to the garage. I wish it had a little bit more range, though the dim setting still makes enough light so I won't kill myself getting from the front of the house to the trash cans. 3) The mounting bracket is a bit cheesy and assumes the end board on your eve is angled. Mine isn't, it's straight up and down. So the light ends up pointing up a bit into the air. No big deal, its cone of light still lights up the side door of my garage. 4) Because of the relatively small size of the light, for a typical house you're going to need multiple lights along the side of the house. My house is about 40 feet long, it'll take several lights to light up the side of the house well when I'm outside after dark. Still, they appear to be well made. We'll see over time how sturdy they are. Update after five years: These continue to provide plenty of light both in their 'dim' mode and their 'bright' mode. However, several of the lights have died during this time. Investigation shows that the problem is that the 18650 batteries within the lights have died and refuse to take a charge on my 18650 charger. Replacing the batteries with new batteries renders the lights functional again. My guess is that the 18650 cells the lights come with have around a 1500 charge cycle duty cycle, and the batteries just die after exceeding their number of charge cycles. A smarter charger could perhaps have kept the batteries from dying, but it''s simple enough to just buy more 18650 batteries and replace them once the original battery dies.

Great product, works better than expected. Will definitely buy again and highly recommend.

I purchased my first set in 2019 and these sat in full, baking hot Florida sun every day. It also survived through high humidity and rain. I'm very surprised to see them last as long as they did. The lights are bright and respond to motion well. I use the WiTi gutter mount bracket to secure them to the gutter for a no-drill mount. Worth the money and will keep purchasing them when the time comes. Recommend!

I have 14 of these lights around the perimeter of my home and 4 at my daughter's home. From the time they are brand new until they are about 3-1/2 years old they are perfect! They almost always provide light through the entire night (set on continuous low and bright only when movement is sensed); but, if it is rainy and dark during the day for a couple of days in a row or there is a lot of wind at night causing outdoor debris to activate the motion sensors, they don't always last through the entire night. The light provided is nice and bright and white. Obviously, I love them or I wouldn't have bought so many. However, over time the sun takes its toll causing some minor delamination and slight warping of the solar panel. Once the warping begins, the units are no longer waterproof and tend to fail around the 4- to 5-year mark. The rechargeable battery in them tends to last for about 5 years, sometimes longer. The battery is an odd size not readily available at local stores and not inexpensive to replace, but I have done that successfully on some of the lights that do not receive direct sun the entire day and haven't warped. Also, 1 or 2 of the 80 individual LED bulbs on each light may fail after 4 or 5 years. In conclusion, you will be very happy with these lights as long as you don't expect them to last for more than 5 years. I've had mine up for around 8 years now and have replaced most of them with new units at least once. I will continue to buy them as needed as they work well for my outdoor lighting needs and I don't want to mess with installing electrically powered motion-sensor lights.

So far excellent. The variable setting are helpful. I use one to come on at night and off in the day, without motion control. Mounted higher up is good for entrance to home or shed. Even in semi cloudy days the light stays on all night on the lowest setting. Proximity motion detection is limited to immediate area. Enough to light garage entrance, front door or shed. Update April 2019: changed to 3 stars. One of the two lights failed (won't come on) after 6 months in the always on at night mode. However, the other light in the motion activated mode is still working after almost one year. Supplemental Information: After two days of clouds the battery will usually only last half a night. However, under normal sunshine it will last all night. Still a good solar powered light that performs as needed. The extension poles very helpful to catch the most sun.

The other positive review really cover it. So rather than be redundant here's my experience: Based on the good reviews and frustration with other solar lights I tried, I order 2 sets in Oct 2018 to try them out. Was impressed enough that ordered 2 additional in Nov 2018. I have 3 in front of the house lighting the walk (notion detector on/off mode), 3 in back also lighting the walk, and 2 lighting the drive. The lights on the house get about a half day sunlight and drive is full sunlight. Neighbors and delivery drivers all noticed and asked about them because they produced such good light! Anyway I ordered another couples sets this year because, while the original installs were still working, half of them were beginning to fail - some of the led arrays were beginning to fail with not all the lights working and the motion detector on one was having a nervous breakdown and flipping on and off for extended periods with no apparent motion. So I'm seeing a 3.5 - 4.0 year life. But all is not lost - I've repurposed the 4 that are failing to low light level on at dusk elsewhere in the yard. They've continued to function that way - providing light at least to midnight for 6 months now. So, even when they are failing, they do better than other's I've tried. 1/18/2024 update. While I still really like this product, maybe I need to deduct half a star. I recently encountered a downside - 16.5 inches of wet heavy snow followed by below 0 nights in S. E Wisconsin stressed 3 of them to the breaking point - they broke off the mounting polls.... I'm not sure what is more annoying at the moment, that the lights broke off or the that cleaning up after the storm sidelined me for a week... They aren't indestructible and unfortunately neither am I.... I guess they keep their 5 star rating - I'll order replacements.

I live in a country remote area and those lights installed on a 14' pole at the driveway entry, gets me nice landmark at the dark nights. The worse for those lights is a snowfall and cloudy /murky days, but at one day charge it can have light power for two - three nights (depends on settings you use) Could have a remote controll.

These lights are fantastic! Took maybe 2 minutes to mount each one. The LED'S are nice and bright and the motion sensor is super sensitive. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I had a little trouble telling if I had the right mode set, due to the high sensitivity of the motion sensor and the fact the light seems to stay on longer after motion has stopped then stated., made it difficult to tell.
