My parents have a summer cottage with an unfinished basement. We have two small transom windows with mesh screens that were done many years ago. Well mice or Chipmunks were able to not through the screen and get inside the house. Don't get me started.... So I offered to go up and use a metal based screen of a particular mesh size that would be better at keeping out unwanted visitors. The shipping was fast the packaging was solid the mesh was very easy to use. I won't know until after the winter time if this helps keep the rodent problem at bay, but I'm hopeful.

Product will be fine for craft projects.. I am using it to cover a outdoor grate to prevent mulch from getting into the drainage system. It is working fine since it is stainless steel mesh….just thought it would be a heavier grade steel.

I raise and show fancy mice and needed inexpensive hardware cloth to convert bins into cages... this was perfect for that use. It is thinner wire, so cutting was a breeze. I would not use this for heavy duty purposes or building enclosures for animals larger than a rat, but it made for quick and easy mouse bins. It is also cheaper per square foot than what I can get at a hardware/farm store.
