fits nicely offers warmth and pain relief versatile can i have used it on my back, stomach, shoulder and knee. I have only used it hot, it soon cooles down so you realy need to be somewere near a microwave but very useful.

Best purchase
I suffer from back tightness as I drive alot. This is a product that give me a lot of support from heat release. Just chuck it in the microwave for 50sec and job done.

Excellent, using for back pain. Brilliant size, fits great and my husband is a large man. Was using a hot water bottle but this is so much easier and comfortable.

Perfect pain relief

I found it quite fiddly to use and it heated up after 6 hours in the freezer very quickly

A fantastic product. The strap is long enough to be able to wrap it round your waist for your back or hip.

Saved my life
I was abit skeptical about purchasing this product, but after reading the reviews on it am so glad I purchased it. I was recently diagnosed with an internal knee injury and was in excruciating pain this definitely relieved my pain, it is fast and efficient when I needed a heating pad. You can also use it as a cooling pad too.
