Lately, my fingertips roll off the stings on my classical, which makes the strings buzz and muffle. Will higher tension strings help this?

I don’t think higher tension strings will help. Do some left hand exercises using (1-2,2-3,3-4) and that will strengthen your grip on the strings. Make sure all of your fingers are “standing on the strings” so that your LH nails are perpendicular to the fretboard. Hope it helps!!

The tone is awefull

the tone that the strings provide is wayy too mettalic and clanky...not what i would want from a classical guitar. Would not reccomend if you are a person that likes a warm and soothing tone.
