Clarks Women's Blanche West Flat

These shoes are just a pinch bigger than I would have expected in the toe area and a little tight around the joint of my big toe - but this is a common problem for me personally. The padding / support in the sole is very comfortable and the shoes are stylish enough for work. Aside from the size issue which is only a problem for me (or people with bunions) is that the bottom of the shoe does not have a lot of grip. On tile and polished floors it is a bit slippery, but it's perfectly fine on carpet. Great for an office environment, maybe not for running around all day.

I bought an 11M, because I have a similar style from the same brand. It fit great and I loved it. I tried to get the exact same shoe but Amazon did not have it in my size. So I decided to go with this one. MISTAKE!! The shoe fit except for the top part that comes across the top of your foot was extremely tight. I walked around my room for about 10 minutes thinking it would get better but it cut the top of my foot. I could not stand it. I had an intension and red mark across the top of both feet and it hurt!!!! OMG!!! I am returning this product.

This was my first pair of Clark's and I really love these shoes. Since I have a flat foot the slight heel is enough to keep me from getting any arch pain. I am able to wear them all day without any discomfort. I deducted a star because the leather is really tight when you first get them and they do cut across the top of your foot the first couple of times you wear them. I had to exclusively wear them with tights (the tights provided a barrier between my skin and the shoe and prevented rubbing across the top of my food) for the first few times that I wore them until they loosened up. Other than that, I really like the shoe and would purchase again.

I am in my 30s, and I have a hard time finding shoes that are both practical and pretty. I saw these shoes in a department store while on vacation, and fell in love with them, but the store didn't carry my size. How disappointing! So you can imaging how thrilled I was to find them on Amazon for about 40% less! The shoes are cute and comfortable. These have nice insoles, very cushy for a ballet flat, as well as a cushion at the heel. Very happy with these shoes. Wish I could find them in other colors...! I got them in 8.5M, and they fit as expected. I nearly always have trouble with shoes cutting into the top of my foot because of the way my feet are shaped (I have bunions and no arches to speak of), and these shoes were no different AT FIRST. Why not get a wide width? Well, I could have I suppose. But they always end up feeling soup-y after a few wearings. I have found with leather shoes in medium width that once I break them in, they fit perfectly. I'm still breaking these in, but upon the second wearing today they were starting to feel more comfortable than ever!

This is a pretty shoe and seems well made; however, it causes instant pain across the top side of my foot just where the shoe seam sits - like a cutting type of pain where the seam is. It leaves a red mark across the top of my foot after wearing for just a few minutes. I tried stretching and wearing the shoe, but unable to wear for long due the pain it causes, and it did not stretch. I have a normal size foot (not fat, and no swelling), yet it's too tight across the top. Other parts of the shoe seem true to size. I've always been very satisfied with Clark's shoes, but this one is very disappointing!

The insole is great and it's a beautiful shoe, however as other comments say the buckle does tend to pinch the top of your toes if you have to walk in them for long periods of time (I think the majority of people buying Clarks do so because they need a comfortable shoe that they can work in) so that's a definite down side. I didn't notice the pinching until half way through the first day wearing them. I can't return them so I am going to try to keep breaking them in and see if it makes a difference. Clarks are great, this design is definitely not their best.

Y'all. These shoes are fantastic! They are a bit wider in the toe box, which is perfect for me since I have short toes. I can wiggle my toes in them! They are comfortable for walking in as they have that nice suede inside with some great cushioning. These look very dress, too! I wear them for work in a job that requires a corporate wardrobe. They slip a little in the heel. At first I thought that was a flaw, but I think now that I have been wearing them for awhile, they are meant to do that. I have never gotten a blister from the rubbing on my heel and it's never uncomfortable. They are higher in the back, as shown, and cushioned as well.

I bought these to replace my old pair of Clarks that I had worn out. I loved them, but couldn't find the same exact pair so I decided to go with these. Upon putting them on, they felt a little tight. So I figured they needed to be broken in. I put a thick pair of socks on and applied heat from blow dryer to the problem areas. It helped a little. However, I've had them about 3 months now and while they are slightly more comfortable, I cannot wait to get them off of my feet at the end of the day. The problem area is where they cut across my feet where my toes join my feet. It digs right into the bone by my little toe and hurts so bad, even sitting at my desk. It could just be my feet, but I didn't have this problem with my other Clarks of same size.

Habituellement, les chaussures Clark's me font comme un gant. C'est la 2è paires que je commande et que je dois retourner car trop serré au niveau des orteils. Hé ClarK's ! réveillez-vous et continuer de nous offrir des chaussures avec la qualité que nous étions habitutés!

Nice quality product but fits tight on top. Had to stretch in hot water and wore socks for a long time, otherwise they hurt. They are ok now look good, good quality leather and have just the right height. I would suggest buying the wider fit.

I really love the shoes am I excited to have it it is a bit tight but since it’s leather I’m sure it will stretch out

I purchased these to accommodate my wide, flat, bunion-ed feet. They were way too big, and cut right across the bunion area -- ouch! They weren't very pretty, but that's on me for not looking closely at the picture. These ones were returned.

2 points too big at least. Easy to return.Nice fabric.
