Nature's Path Organic Heritage Flakes® Cereal, 32 oz (Pack of 1)

I like this for a variety of reasons. First, it tastes good. It's also organic -- no glyphosate, and it's loaded with nutrients, including protein. Most breakfast cereal is junk food but this is a healthy day to start the day.

Natures Path flakes are a good quality cereal that are good for you and are filled with quality tasty flakes that fill you up with a good breakfast. They are a fairly hard flake that does not soak up milk easily. They have a good wholesome texture that makes them an excellent start of a new day.

This is a great breakfast cereal.It's organic,very tasty, and stays crisp longer than most. We always try to have it in stock at our house.

Wife's review: Very happy I found these! It is a great healthy option with clean ingredients. My daughter and I use it as a base to create our own cereal blends by adding different nuts, seeds, cinnamon, honey, and fruits. Even the "healthy" boxed cereal options at the grocery store tend to have a variety of bad ingredients in them, so this gives us more control over what we put into our bodies (and makes for a fun activity!). A 32 oz bag usually lasts us a while since we are adding other ingredients to it, and shakes out to be more cost-effective than the boxed cereals at the stores. I will say that I find the cereal by itself to be a bit bland, so even if you aren't making your own cereal blend, I recommend adding plenty of cinnamon to your bowl before enjoying. The cereal is quite crunchy and holds up well to milk.

A tasty fiber heavy breakfast flake. Really crunchy and takes some mastication, but has a nice taste

Love this cereal! It's got a crunch that doesn't get soggy for a very long time. I mix cereals, so this adds just the right crispness to my blend.

We have been eating Heritage Flakes for years. And I’ve been buying them recently from Amazon. Good price!

Nature's Path Organic Heritage Flakes® Cereal has been my cereal of choice for many years. Topped with about a tablespoon of granola, it is a filling and delious and healthy way to start the day. I learned recently. though, that the price of Nature's Path Organic Heritage Flakes® Cereal, 32 oz was a dollr less on Amazon than my Farmer's Market store. With grocery prices so high toda,y ever bit of savings count.

Kinda like All-Bran if it stayed crunchy in milk for eons. It's really nice with unsweetened oat milk, but a tad expensive for (albeit pretty nice) breakfast cereal IMO.
