This stuff is AMAZING. I’ve been using it for almost 20 years. It’s so easy and effective that I usually forget that I’m lactose intolerant. I just eat whatever I want, whenever I want, no issues. ❤️

I’m lactose intolerant and have neurogenic bowel (flaccid, so things move very slowly… except when dairy is involved). This has been a total gamechanger. I take one pill every morning. It took a week or two to notice a difference, but now I can reliably eat dairy at lunch time without taking any additional lactaid. Later in the day I’ll take another pill (of this or regular lactaid) if I’m having dairy, but I’ve had very few issues with dairy since I started taking this daily. I can even have ice cream or mac and cheese with only minor discomfort, and I had to avoid those foods entirely before! My neurogenic bowel is affecting me less too. I don’t dread the bathroom anymore, and that’s really wonderful. I felt compelled to finally write a review because last night I unknowingly ate something that had dairy. I started to feel sick an hour or two later, so decided to take one of these and see what would happen. IT WORKED. My stomach cramps were stopped in their tracks. I was amazed. If you have any of these issues, this is certainly worth trying.

I started using this when Ganenden company created this. This is unlike Lactaid as you take this everyday once a day before breakfast. This is also biomedically made which means it mimics the lactose enzyme a body produces to digest lactose. If you are lactose intolerant this product is a God send. Enjoy all the dairy your heart desires.
