Improvements to the Original are a hit!
I love the improvements the Mayu people have made to the Carafe. The little spinner is so much better, and so is the pouring spout. Brilliant. Everyone should use this system to make the smoothest water there is.

I needed a replacement because mine broke. I wish it wasn’t so delicate, but I do enjoy using my mayu swirl and my water tastes so much better using it.

New carafe, old base
I have love my Mayu and have been using it daily for years. My original carafe broke so I ordered a replacement. The new one has a mobile plastic disc instead of one mounted to the bottom. The spiral was irregular, sometimes it flips out of place and stops working. When I reached out, they sent me a new base which works perfectly! I love this carafe and also a company that cares!

Ist schon die zweite Mayu Swirl Karaffe, da die erste leider durch Unachtsamkeit kaputt gegangen ist. Ein Top-Produkt und das Wasser schmeckt wirklich besser und leichter. Der Wasserwirbel in der Karaffe ist ein Hingucker und reichert zudem das Wasser mit Sauerstoff an. Wir möchten das Produkt für unseren täglichen Trinkwasserverbrauch nicht mehr vermissen.
