Now, I like taking my supplements and liquid form or gummy or powder. I was lucky to find sea moss because I was taking it off and on for a while but in different forms. I was taking sea moss gel and paying $40 a jar for a few months after a while I couldn't keep up. It was actually good but it went up fast especially in my house my daughter loves it as well it tasted like applesauce because she blended it with fruit. So I was on the search again to find authentic sea moss after my sea moss lady discontinued and I found this on amazon. I was delighted to know that there is sea moss in liquid drop form because when you take liquids, it absorbs into our system much more quicker. I do take this sublingually I hold it under my tongue for 1 minute and then I swallow it. What I find that I love about this is it tastes really good my daughter loves to taste I actually had to buy another one because she took it and drank it all and hid it in her room lol!. I have been taking it for about a month or two I'm going to say 2 months and I didn't notice it but someone told me then my skin was looking good. I've always had a skin discoloration issue, not really much of texture but uneven skin tones, later on I had a hormonal acne that came out of nowhere. Great product. I was being recommended for surgery to correct ulnar pain issues, and after 3 days of taking this, the pain was gone! I stopped taking it a few days to test it, and the pain returned.
