Great book. Poor packing by Amazon
***** Five stars for the book. If you like Ralph-Lauren's style then this book will help you become acquainted with the thinking and -to an extend- the psyche of the man, and help you get to know how he came about developing his style and his designs. Short, easy to follow writing and great photos, make this book a great reference. ** Two stars for Amazon. This is a heavy, luxurious book and to have it packed loosely in a flimsy carton packet shows a lack of respect both for the product as well as for the customer. Blister packing (at least!) should be standard when shipping heavy, hard-cover books.
