The charging cord was not secured with a twist tie as is usually the case. We shall see if it charges and if not it’s going back for a refund or exchange. This is a first for me. I have never received an item that was so clearly not new in box.Edit:The device charged and I am able to use it. I have had two of these before (this is #3) and it seems they don’t have a very long life.
