Received defective product screen turned green and froze. BLZ distributor accepted replacement request and sent emails that new product was on its way. After receiving emails for approximately 10 days product was coming seller cancelled order. Request for replacement was accepted and also requested before the 30 day return policy was up. Product was not returned because I wanted to make sure a new one was coming which they lied said it was coming and never did. Would not refund my purchase price. Currently disputing payment with financial service. I would never recommend this seller and in addition Amazon allowed them to be untrustworthy. If there was a negative 10 I would have rated it that. Don’t believe anything they say!!!!!
