arrived in soft plastic bag been bent all over stickers damaged with long wobbly creases. At £24 they needed hard cardboard envelope to stop bending. Very disappointed as wanted the set.

I mean, there's a bit of variety. For some reason I expected spice tags in thwir but there really wasnt so I had to purchase another set. Definitely user error lol. They are elegant though, but won't use

The labels are absolutely gorgeous and feel/look very high quality! However, I had to reorder them because the first order I received was missing labels! It was clearly a return that was not checked thoroughly. I reached out to customer service but they never responded. So the labels are a 5 but the service is a 2 which is the reason for my lower rating. Make sure you check each sheet!

I was so happy to see these minimal labels now have the gold option available as well. They beautifully tell what is inside. I received the pantry set and it covered 99.9% of what needed to be labeled since there are so many labels included. I was able to move the labels if I wanted but they still stay securely. Other sets are also available. My favorite labels!
