Attenzione però, lo stampo che crea il decoro sopra a forma di palline in fila, è delicato.. si rischia di romperne qualcuna quando le stacchi. Ho fatto eclairs con una mousse al mango, ricoperta con glassa a specchio gialla. Per le palline sopra, un cremoso al lime, spruzzato con spray effetto velluto bianco. Di grande effetto!!
