I've bought this as per recommendations of my friends that were very happy with the product. Wanted to try for myself. It arrived yesterday, but after opening I could only find two bags of mask ingredients in the packaging! There were no ampoule included! And it supposed to be the first and the last step of the treatment. Very disappointed. Don't know what to do. Could I get the ampoule delivered separately? All this makes me feel unconfident of buying such items on line!
