260 Sq.Ft Unbleached Parchment Paper for Baking - Roll with Cutter

I needed a better unbleached parchment paper than I bought previously and this paper is great. I used it last night for the first time and it worked perfectly. It didn’t leak through and prevented anything from sticking. The box and cutting edge are very sturdy! Would recommend and will buy again when needed.

This is my second purchase of the parchment paper. It works great and is a good value for the price. I love the easy clean-up when I use the paper. I will continue to use this product.

This is a generous amount of parchment, so I don't know when I'll be needing to buy more, but when I do, I'll definitely be buying this one again! Never thought I'd be waxing lyrical over parchment paper, but this stuff is fabulous. Sturdy but still easily pliable, and the dispenser is impressively constructed. No more having to deal with wimpy cutting edges and boxes that collapse while you're trying to tear off a sheet, and parchment that just rips randomly instead of cutting cleanly. I was especially looking for wider and sturdier parchment so that when using to line pie pastry for blind-baking, there was enough coverage and heft to keep pie weights corralled and easy to remove, and this works perfectly -- I no longer have to worry that my beautifully blind-baked pie crusts will get ruined when removing parchment that's too skimpy and flimsy, sometimes breaking and dumping pie weights back into the par-baked crust. I just made pumpkin bread to give to a friend, and because this parchment is thicker, it makes a very nice packaging presentation, allowing for crisp, clean folds, and better protections.
