Wonderful Experience!
I ordered this replacement remote from Simple Cell Inc. because Samsung would not have one in stock for two months. What a wonderful surprise. The remote arrived in a white plastic envelope and was encased in bubble wrap. This made me a bit uneasy. What if it had been dropped during shipping? I loaded in fresh batteries and scanned the QR code for the instructions. They were simple to follow and the packing materials included a helpline number. My remote worked immediately! It required no programming or additional steps. It feels sturdy and gives me the impression that it will last a long while. All the buttons work and the remote looks and feels brand new. I am very satisfied with the purchase and with the experience.

4 months then trash
Update: this remote lasted 4 months and now it barely functions. The original lasted 5 years. This thing is junk Didn’t come with set up instructions, but I was able to google it and figure it out. Took a few tries to sync, but it was fairly easy (less than 10 mins). It’s working as expected. Much better than the original remote that was five years old and really finicky in the last year.

Good for the price
This looks almost identical to the original remote and is easy to use. The sensor reach isn't as good as the original remote but it works well enough. For the price this is a great back up remote.

Works but not as original
Programming was automatically done. Works OK however, voice AND channel buttons DO NOT Work. It's supposed to be OE.

Don’t expect it to last long.
This says it’s a remote manufactured by Samsung, but I highly doubt it. Back in August, the part of the click wheel to move to the right stopped working properly. It has gotten to where I have to press that part of the button very hard or it just doesn’t work at all. It’s very frustrating trying to navigate an app or Samsung tv plus without being able to go to the right. It’s possible that I got a poorly manufactured one, but I doubt it. I wouldn’t recommend this product.. it’s very difficult to use when it doesn’t function correctly.
