Al abrir la "cajita", me extrañó ver su pequeño tamaño (en la foto parece ser más voluminoso) y pensé que no sería un buen producto, pero sí es un buen producto, pequeño, fuerte, fácil de instalar y muy bien empaquetado. Lo recomiendo.

Once I finally got this installed, it works and looks great, but it wasn't as easy for me as it was for the majority of reviewers here. It absolutely took two hands to change from regular flow to spray, and even then it was difficult. One reviewer said he had to tighten his up until it couldn't be tightened anymore. I happily did that, but sadly it didn't help. I kept reading and found a review by a lady who said she had to remove the flow restrictor to make hers work correctly. Even though that wasn't what I wanted to do, for obvious reasons, I gave it a try, and now it works exactly as advertised. The range of motion is very limited on my faucet because the faucet itself is poorly designed. Instead of pointing straight down, it points slightly toward the front of the sink, so the spray doesn't fully reach the back of the sink. I knew this from other reviews so I expected it, but I have to admit that I was hoping it would magically be different for me. I love that it's actually metal because it looks pretty, and feels very sturdy and well made. The spray is perfect for rinsing dishes, and that's what I wanted it for, so I'm happy as can be. If you have trouble getting the flow to change, try one of the fixes above before giving up. It is a really nice attachment.

Toujours fonctionnel après 2 ans.. Rectification après 2.5 ans, commence à être difficile à manipuler, pour diriger le jet d'eau, difficile aussi pour mettre le jet douche. Comme si je devais mettre de l'huile ? Bon finalement, je l'ai laissé trempé dans de l'eau très chaude, savon à vaisselle et un peu d'eau de javel une bonne heure.. et ça la fait l'affaire !! 29 avril: non, je dois penser à le changer. Très difficile à manipuler, dur à diriger. Mon eau est celle de la ville de Québec. Très bonne à boire et aucun résidus. Est ce une durée de vie normale pour cet article?
