Not directly. The way to do it is to use the option on this device to record directly to a thumb (USB) drive or SD card and then transfer the files from the thumb drive or SD to your computer. Then burn the files from the computer to a CD.

What kind of needles does it have?

Dont know mine pooped out before I needed to replace my needles. If I were you I wouldnt bother with this thing.
