Sturdy and easy to use

The first thing I did, was switched out the bottle part with a liter soda bottle. Although, I read on here someone else used a 2 liter bottle. I have a large dog, so I got the pink one. For people who are having trouble getting their pets to use this, for dogs, smear a little peanut butter or Cool whip 😁 or whatever you think they might like, onto the nozzle. Same with cats, smear on some can cat food, some dogs might like that too. The company really should include this information as part of a tutorial. I understand some people are having difficulty with getting cats to get out enough water, there is an extremely long review on here which recommends which model to choose for cats. (Because their little tongues are so delicate with such a light touch) These really truly are the best water bottles I've ever used. From hamsters to my Big Bella. Getting ready now to get another one for my daughter's big dog. Note, remember after you fill it up at the sink and put the nozzle back on, flip it over and knock the nozzle just a bit to remove the air. ALSO, when you go to attach it back onto the crate (whatever) make sure you hear two clicks. Especially, for us one's who switch out for a larger bottle. That way you shouldn't have problems with it falling off.

I have had no problem with this water bottle leaking. The bracket is easy to attach to the crate and the bottle just snaps into place. When put on correctly it does not easily come off when they lick it. It stays in place. Not like some that have wire hangers and when your dog licks it , it bounces back and forth.

This is a very poor design. It did not catch correctly. It fell off and broke. Water everywhere. Truly disappointing product. I sure wasted my money.

These are fine. When my dog drinks it leaks really bad, half the water ends up on the ground so the exact opposite of what I was trying to avoid. Also if you use a bigger water bottle it’s like the pressure holds the ball down and the dog can’t get water easily. Almost like it’s stuck. Probably wouldn’t repurchase and now it’s too late to return. Just be aware!

I like this product when not in use. However, and I don't know if this is a design flaw or a dog flaw (I say that with love), but it leaks all over the place when my dog uses it! But it really could be that she is the messiest drinker on the planet and that others wouldn't have this problem.

We live in a very hot area, so even though we keep the A/C and fans running 24/7, it can still get warm inside our house. We crate train our puppy, so I often worry about her getting dehydrated. We tried putting a bowl of water in her crate, but she just kept spilling it. That’s why we bought this to keep in her crate. The water bottle has been a great buy so far. Super easy to install inside her crate and refill whenever it gets empty. It doesn’t leak except when she’s drinking from it, but that’s to be expected, especially since she’s a messy drinker with her water bowl, too. She took to it really quickly, just had to put some peanut butter on the nozzle, and she figured out that she could drink water from it. Highly recommend this to other dog owners who crate train. My dog loves this water bottle!

Love the water bottle for pets. My 8 month old Shi tzu has been using this type of water bottle concept when I bought her and is very used to this. I wanted to try this type because the ball bearing is larger. So when she drinks, half of the water has leaked out onto the floor. That much water leaking out should not be happening while she is drinking water. Now I have a bowl under the nozzle to catch the water fall when she drinks. I read their and followed their instructions, however sadly it leaks A LOT! Sadly this water bottle is not usable as I'm constantly cleaning large puddles after she drinks from this bottle. I feel there should be some type of flow restriction put inside the nozzle when your pet is licking to release the water, and not end up all over the floor.
