Has this been tested for lead? I see a prop 65 warning.

If there isn't laboratory tests for heavy metals then I wouldn't buy it. As much as this costs there should be testing.

Is this water soluble? If not what is it's solvent?

The solvent used in this extract is water & ethanol. It is extracted from the root. We do not currently have any information on its ability to dissolve in water as it is a fairly new product, but extracts are typically water soluble depending on amount of powder vs. amount of water.

Does anyone know if this is pure ginseng root which has been ground? Or if it is processed with any chemical? It has a strong chemical taste.

It's pure powder form.. it's for sure processed with something but seeing as its purity is around 98% I wouldn't worry much about it. It's the closest I could find without growing and grinding my own.. or spending a fortune
