How many Square Feet total?

There is a total of 9 square feet of cheesecloth (it measures 36"L × 36"W).

will this work to strain coffee? i want to make coffee concentrate for lattes and frappucinos at home...?

I use these amazing bags for steeping or cold brewing. They hold up to ten Tbs of ground coffee and leave no grounds behind. just float them on the water in a pitcher or 4 cup pyrex (or smaller for concentrate), cover with saran wrap, and leave in the ice box for 18-24 hours. Kind of pricey, about 30 cents each. They're disposable so not eco-friendly but I do take them to the back porch, cut them open, and throw the grounds onto the grass. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072MGP456/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s03?ie=UTF8&psc=1

What grade is this cheesecloth?

This is extremely fine cheesecloth - but not a "tight weave". So it feels more like a nice heavy gauze than a cloth. I use it to line my tofu mold when making block tofu since it helps drain away water but will retain the curds - and the thinness allow me room to work when it has to be placed between things (like wooden boxes and their tops.
