The book is fairly good and it contains some ideas which are helpful in project leadership. However, some chapters, especially those address personalities are boring to me.

I had to buy this book for a project management class. Informative on the basics but dated. Information on identifying personality types and styles but no advice on how to deal with difficult situations.
