I’ve been wearing this while I’ve been working at my desk in the office. I chose this product because I wanted something affordable and wearable to help relieve my back pain. Before I would find myself slumped at my desk and this would cause pain in my back. With the posture corrector, I find I’m sitting up straighter and with my shoulders back. When I take it off, I have noticed that my back pain is reduced and is continuing to get better. It is a little uncomfortable to begin with, but after a while it becomes unnoticeable. I would advise wearing it no longer than 2 hours at a time, and not too tight as this will become uncomfortable. Overall I’m happy with the product and I have seen a positive difference in my posture and my back pain is reduced. Hopefully with continued use, this will continue to improve.

I am a 5ft 3" female of slim build and this fits perfectly. There are straps to extend if needed but the person would need to be very large in order to need them. It is easy to put on (I had someone help me the first time but a second pair of hands is not necessary) and it is easy to remove and put on again without adjusting the straps. I kept it on for the suggested amount of time (15 minutes) for the first two days but then found I could sit with it on whilst working on the laptop and not realise I had it on, it was so comfortable. I have noted my shoulders are in a better position and my posture overall has improved. I have Multiple Sclerosis and struggle with hypertension of the muscles particularly in my back so this product is so very helpful. It is of high quality, substantially made, comfortable, lightweight and takes up hardly any space. A bargain. Thank you to the designer.

Know first of all, that it works. And it is not too expensive. Being so light, it can be fiddly to fit or put on, especially if your rotational mobility in your arms is not as good as it might be? Also it has extension straps for bigger people, and I am one. These straps are "velcro" extensions and can detach with tension when adjusting; and you need that tension for any efficacy. I am 6'4" and 48" chest, and I needed the extensions. Once that tension is on, it can become uncomfortable under the arms; but the instructions do warn the wearer to limit the time wearing the harness initially. But.......it does seem to be working (ie pulling my shoulders back and improving my posture) and it cost less the £15 delivered, so nothing to complain about!

Really pleased with this product it's comfortable and really helps improve my posture don't know I'm wearing it it fits perfectly. Highly recommend it

I’ve developed a very bad posture in general, particularly working at my desk at home. It got to the point where my shoulders, neck and collarbone area were so painful, it was affecting my work. My physio recommended I get a posture support asap and I gave this one a go. I didn’t want to spend too much money and wanted something that would give me discreet support, in case I had to wear it out under a jacket or something. It’s really easy to use, you literally out it on like a backpack, then pull the velcro straps to where you want in order to get the best support. Your shoulders should feel pulls back and which makes you naturally fall into a good posture. At first, it felt weird and the straps under my arms were very uncomfortable but the instructions included tell you to put it on for 15mins, take it off, then put it back on a bit later. This way, your body gets used to it gradually. I put it on and off for the 1st day and by the 2nd day I was wearing it all day at my desk. My posture has definitely improved and when I take it off at the end of the work day, I don’t feel any pain like I used to and it feels great! I will continue to use this until my posture has improved without me being conscious about it and even then I’ll probably still use it every now and again. Highly recommend you try it!

Can’t recommend it highly enough. I suffer lower back pain, and during episodes my abs “switch off” and I can’t consciously get them to re-engage (it’s psychological pain avoidance). This contraption enables me to stand/walk around/go upstairs where without it I’m shuffling. Good quality, has held up well with frequent use.

I bought this because of the rave reviews in I am 5‘6“ tall and about 10 stone so not small but inorder to get any kind of tension on the device. I had to tighten the straps as high as they would go which meant that the central back section was quite high up against the back of my neck I actually felt the device was just pulling my neck forward and down rather than my shoulders back also the straps immediately bunch up under the armpits because of the double width of straps was incredibly uncomfortable,so not for me

Expensive for the quality

I have scoliosis and this brace has been the most comfortable to wear. I have a thick torso (apple shape) and I tried other braces available on this site that covered the whole torso, but they were very tight on me. The last brace I ordered was tight and the material did not breathe. So it will get real hot and apparently was cooking my insides because I started having serious stomach issues. I got this brace and started using it and my torso problems went away. I wear it for 8 hours a day in the evenings and it gives good posture as a result of wearing. It has velcro and the last one I got lasted for more than a year. I recommend this brace for its good design, it does the job, so you get good value.

Un poco incómodo pero cumple su función.

ho comprato questo prodotto per due motivi: volevo provare per capire se poteva aiutarmi con il mio dolore alle spalle e per il prezzo abbastanza economico. Devo dire che il prodotto in se è ben fatto e abbastanza pratico da usare e, rispetto alle mie aspettative, devo dire che funziona anche. Ovvio dopo un po' che lo indosso mi dà un certo fastidio ma la sensazione di alleggerimento sulle spalle e di miglioramento nella postura rimane per un bel po' anche dopo averlo tolto. L'ideale è usarlo con una maglietta leggera (o una tuta) quindi purtroppo lo posso usare solo un po' alla sera quando sono a casa. Comunque nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatto.
