This product works it light and does a good job. Being able to adjust the suction is a very nice feature.as well as vacuuming to waste. Product does seem to be built very solid. I did have an issue with cord which has been addressed by customer service. I would recommend purchasing the pole and vac to waste accessory. I think for the price this is a good purchase and good value. I would recommend buying one.

When I would try to vac the steps of the pool - it did not work as the full unit was not under water. Dumb design.Well now the power box that the vac plugs into - is shot. It puts out no power. Barely used the vac. Thank goodness I have a robotic underwater cleaner! I only bought the VacDaddy to use on opening the pool.I wish I could send it back.

I have owned a pool for over 20 years and used a lot of cleaners. I tried using my pool system with a 50'vac hose-always a hassle to keep it primed. I also have an infloor system but that eventually broke and will cost over $1000 to replace gear modules plus it only pushed the dirt to the deep end. I have bought several handheld battery units which could only handle small amounts of dirt and then clogged-only lasted 1 season.I purchased the VacDaddy and holy smokes, it has the greatest suction and picks up everything the first time, even algae. Easy to use and put on my pole and emptying the basket. I only wish I had seen/heard of this years and years ago, what a time saver! Thank you VacDaddy !

I had to order a part separately for vacuum to waste . Its super heavy, not easy to move it the way you want it, i decided to trow it away it just not the right tool when you have a lot pools to do. I just waste money on this product.

All I can say about this product is just WOW! I wasn’t really expecting this amount of power. The suction is so good that I can move way faster than before with my old Riptide I used to have to move super slowly to make sure it picked up the dirt. Even then it didn’t get most smaller stuff. With the VacDaddy I am able to move quicker from job to job and it just sucks everything up instantly. One pool took me like 15 mins. I don’t have to go over things three and four times to get the pool clean. This thing is awesome definitely recommend

This device delivers a lot of power which is a big plus. Highly recommended that you order the pole extension vac to waste adapter piece. That’s where this product can really shine. Trying to vacuum a pool full of dirt into one of the provided filter bags is an almost useless task unless you have a small pool or surface area. Those little filter bags can’t handle all the dirt. Just use the vac to waste feature and hook a rubber hose to it and let the waste water spill out onto the deck or into the yard.The customer service with this company is A+ #1. I really respect, and have benefited from their earnest efforts to address my issues and questions.This device is relatively heavy and requires a lot of assembly and re-assembly if you are a professional pool cleaner like me and are trying to use the VacDaddy from pool to pool in a duffle bag, assembling it, setting up the power supply and extension cord, and then, when you are done using it, disassembling the vacuum, hosing down the parts and packing it all up again and hauling it back to your truck. However, if you have a smarter, more efficient way to use it, this may be the right pool vacuum for you.👌

We purchased The VacDaddy for one of our service staff who happens to be a very petite female member of the team. We could not have made a better choice. She’s a great worker but was really getting frustrated with the heavy battery and the weight of the cleaner we had her using before. The VacDaddy was the right choice. It’s so lightweight like 10lbs that she can easily pick it up and carry it to the pool with one hand and carry her pole and other equipment in the other hand. This has been a lifesaver for Susan.

Very disappointed!!! Vac hose always comes off of Vacuum head. Vacuum doesn't sit well on pole it always wants to topple downward. Strong suction though. If this product was a little lighter to make vacuuming easier and with a longer cord it would be perfect.
