Broke twice in nine months, but they have in-home service under warranty.
This laptop is a lot faster than my old one -- a big part of the reason I bought it. It's great, other than the fact it has totally died twice in the first eight months of ownership. Both times I was without the machine for 4-6 days, but they sent a repairperson to my home to replace the motherboard and it's fixed in an hour. No fees due to the warranty, but I wish it was a bit more reliable. I'm told if I get three home visits, I'll get a replacement for free, but I might ask to get a more reliable model instead.

Buyer Beware
My company purchased four of these laptops. Two of the four have failed. Both had the same low battery/charging error, which is actually a motherboard issue. The first laptop that failed was under warranty. Lenovo replaced the motherboard three times before it was considered a lemon. The second laptop failed yesterday and is no longer under warranty. It made it 18 months. A lot of time and money was wasted dealing with this issue. Save yourself the trouble and avoid the E15 model. There are better Lenovo options out there.

Bought 3 laptops and having issues with 2 - unable to properly run my business.
I started a small business and purchased 3 of these computers for myself and employees. I have issues with 2 or the laptops, one of which is completely inoperable. These are rather expensive devices and to have a 33% success rate is troubling. I will need to find a new supplier & laptop immediately so that I can continue running my successful & growing business without having to deal with computer issues. An unreliable computer is that last thing I need getting in the way of my business.

Buyer Beware, Bios and firmware update needed or else!
My Company bought This laptop and like clockwork, the motherboard failed due to a Motherboard issue and no longer operable. Many others have this issue. Unfortunately, it is out of warranty. If you do end up buying this model, an update is needed for the bios and firmware, so this issue doesn't happen to you.
