The ingredients can be found here on the manufacturer's website: http://www.windmillvitamins.com/Products/Prostalex-Plus.htmWindmill Health does not tell you how much beta-sitosterol their Prostalex Plus contains, whereas New Vitality's Super Beta Prostate contains 250 mg of beta-sitosterol per daily recommended dosage (2 caplets). All I can tell you is that I did not see any improvement at all from using Prostalex Plus, but I did get noticeable results from using Super Beta Prostate.

It certainly worked for me. I had an elevated PSA and suffered thorough a biopsy. That came back negative and was put on Flomax. I Had a reaction to that, so started trying natural products. Prostalex worked much better than the others I tryed. My PSA dropped significantly and has stayed low for three years. It also stopped the nighttime trips to the bathroom. I'm very satisfied with the product.
