When installing the wheels, put grease around the shaft first then install the wheel. This reduces the friction of the wheel turning. Also reduces noise amd the wheels will last longer. Automotive general purpose grease will do fine. Install was straight forward. No issues. The dryer is quiet again. Value for the money, Excellent. Speed of install, about an hour. I did the install for a friend. By using the grease on the shaft prior to wheel install, the durability of this product should be up to par with the standard wear and tear. They should last about 5 years at least with regular family use.

Worked well. All parts fit and the thumping noise disappeared.

Whirlpool wgd5620hwo. The kit came with more parts than needed..good....the belt was wider with one extra rib when compare d to factory part. The motor pulley could accommodate the extra rib and wider belt, so we installed it. Initially there was a bit more noise than expected, but after running two loads, the break in noises went away.....so we are very happy this kit works. We notice alot of lint in the cabinet of the dryer around the filter which cause the rollers to squeal. So we replaced the foam seal and applied some sealer between the plastic filter holder assembly and the sheet metal blower duct to reduce lint blowing into the cabinet. Poor quality sealing from factory. We had this unit for 7 years. Our other fridgaire affinity lgf6700 unit has gone 18years without any of this type of maintenance under same conditions of use, so I'm disappointed in whirlpool but not this part so far. Will see how long these parts last as my largest fear is the rubber rollers falling apart from other reviewers.

The products were as described and of great quality. The items shipped on time and arrived on time. All parts were included. The parts were a great replacement for our model of Whirlpool Duet dryer. The products were easy to use and affordable. We were able to repair the dryer ourselves and our dryer is working again. We had to search the internet for videos about how to replace these particular parts as well as videos on how to disassemble our particular dryer. Reassembly can be tricky as most videos focus on disassembly but we a video that basically shows how to disassemble and reassemble our model of dryer. Users of this product may need to find the videos for their particular dryer. Also, go to your dryer’s manufacturer website and make sure that all of the part numbers match your model of dryer. We did that before purchasing the repair kit and everything fit for our dryer.

This is a universal kit that worked fine with my Kenmore Dryer. Four stars because the belt was slightly wider that the original and broke one the 3rd use. Not sure why it broke.

Product was exactly as described. Shipped fast. One of the triangle retainers broke during installation but they are a little tricky to install. I was able to use an old one to replace the new broken one.

This part was an exact fit for my Maytag Maxima model # MED7100DC0. Worked well to eliminate noisy dryer.

Dryer started squeaking then screaming. Watched some youtube videos and thought it was one part. Opened it up and two of the roller wheels were stuck as well. Had to replace the roller wheels. Ordered these, they arrived the next day. Easy install (if you've already ripped apart your dryer). Note, if you slide them on and notice they are still sticking or not rolling freely, grab some sandpaper and sand around the metal dowels or pins you are sliding these on to. You don't need much, but it takes off the residue and allows the roller to spin more freely. Wish I took picture while installing but didn't know if these would work or not. I can say they work. The dryer humms along and is no longer screaming. These are just as good as OEM.

Great product and easy install. Fit perfectly and now the dryer is much more efficient and quiet.

The kit fits perfectly my Dryer Whirlpool WED7500G. The communication with seller was very fast and good. I suggest this kit.
