Perfect fit 2001 Honda CR-V
Super easy to install. For my car I just needed the trim plate (the instructions call it the "radio housing"). I didn't need anything else that was included in the sack. You have to Dremel or cut off a bunch of the clips from the trim plate "housing" and leave only the B and H clips for my car. The metra instructions are cool because they have instructions for many different vehicles for which this kit is compatible. If you don't have a Dremel maybe a razor blade will work to remove the clips, but it's pretty hard ABS plastic. Then all you do is remove the OEM dash kit, snap the trim into place in the OEM kit then install your double din. Peep the finished product. If you already know how to remove the factory dash kit then it's super easy. If you don't then find a video on YouTube. Kinda irritating that I basically had to spend $13 for a trim plate. One came with my double din (Dual) but it was too thick to fit this car so I had to pony up the $13 so there wasn't a gap between the stereo and dash kit. Now it looks correct.

Two important assembly/installation tips!
I purchased this trim kit for my 2004 Honda CR-V and the new Joyspring double din stereo I purchased on Amazon. It fits perfectly, but takes a while to put together. Two important assembly tips for you. 1. If you don't have a Dremel tool or the like, this will be a challenge to install. There are LOTS of tabs that have to be cut off to make it fit, and without a electric tool to cut them off, it would be VERY challegning. So, if you don't have a Dremel, beware. 2. Assemble the entire kit and then screw the radio in. The not-super-clear instructions make it seem like you should install the side pieces first, but when I did this, it kept falling apart, the radio didn't line up properly, etc. So, I put the entire thing together and then screwed the radio in. Works perfectly and saves tons of time. Hope these tips help. The trim kit looks professional and makes the radio look original in the car. Recommend if you are handy!

I got it to fit.
I bought this for my Integra Type R. I replaced my old double bin radio for my new Kenwood double bin radio. If you look at the picture, there are two parts on the bottom. I did not have to use it. I believe the only ones I did not have to clip off is C and H. The instructions would tell you what to do for your car and model. There are four C on each side of the double bin, and there are two H on the bottom. I trimmed the rest from that double bin. I trimmed everything off from the top of the bin. In the picture, there are two plastic parts on the side the double bin. I used a dremel to trim off parts of the plastic that sticks out so it could fit into the empty space where the goes into. I trimmed as much and as low of that excessive plastic that sticks out. If the clips that are not needed trimmed off and the excessive plastic not removed, the radio or the kit will not fit correctly or have a very hard time removing the radio years later. There are youtube videos on what to do for this car. I found the one where the guy trims the excessive plastic of the two plastic parts on each side of the double bin. If the one video does not work for you go to the next video. I hope this helps.

Exact fit for 94-01 integra
Exactly what I was looking for. I have a pioneer double din radio in my dc4 integra that has been driving me crazy, the whole unit would rattle and slide out after taking off in first and second gear, all because I was too lazy to purchase this product. The instructions were pretty clear and straight to the point. I’m not sure why some people had bad experience with this one but it legit took me 5 minutes to prep and the install was 30 seconds lol, I used some dykes to cut the plastic and it wasn’t perfect by any means necessary but just enough for the tabs not to be in the way. Highly suggest this product. If you have a 94-01 integra, SP Tuning on YouTube does a really great step by step (video I used) and everything worked as it should.

Flimsy, poorly designed, and poorly fitting
I've installed radios in quite a few cars, and this is probably the worst dash kit I have ever used. The screws used to assemble the kit are too long, and left marring on sides of the headunit, and also left gaps around the frame. The installation process used none of the original screws for the headunit, instead using snap tabs to secure the stereo into the hole. The kit itself would not fit into the dash with the screws necessary to secure the head unit to the bracket without some force, and then required modification to the brackets to allow proper fitment. the faceplate does not sit properly, and has bends and wobbles where the tabs sit. Since this kit is for so many vehicles, many compromises were made. The instructions were highly abbreviated and contained very little specific information for my installation. The tabs to be removed are very difficult to remove clean and flush. Removal of the radio will be difficult, since it snaps in rather than screws in. I will be searching for another dash kit to replace this one and returning it as soon as possible. The quality, fit and finish, and overall experience have been resoundingly terrible, and I am honestly amazed that the manufacturer released this product to market and considers it sufficient and acceptable.

Plastic, but that's okay
I bought this kit for my 97 acura cl. This kit worked really well. Its designed to fit multiple vehicles so there was some modification needed. Some things about this kit: - Its thick plastic, and it works decently well. I wouldn't test its limits though. - The front, side and bottom pieces are screwed together and that's what gives the kit its rigidity. - The instructions were good, not great. For the CL, all tabs on the ISO (side) mounts need to be removed to fit. On the front bezel, all but A and H tabs need to be removed. The only mount that holds this kit in is the bottom mount (but that's how the stock radio fits so no biggie) I found the easiest way to remove the mounting tabs is to score the piece with a razor or xacto knife and snap off with pliers. -The kit comes with 4 screws to secure the pieces together. and two coarse thread screws that I didn't use. You have to bring your own screws to mount the kit to your radio. I already had an aftermarket stereo in my car that had a custom mount that functioned, but didnt work exactly right. This kit makes the install look correct, all bezels fit right and with everything in place, it holds the radio in well enough. If I get another vehicle that needs a radio kit, this is the one I'll go for.

Fits perfectly with the OEM Double Din Conversion
My daughters 2006 Honda Civic EX came with the OEM double din with navigation. So I bought the Alpine ILX-W670 double din head unit. I removed the old head unit and installed the Alpine using all the stock dash kit and hardware. The only part missing was the bezel to cover the outer gap. So I bought this kit for $14 and the bezel fit perfectly around the Alpine head unit and completely filled the gap with no trimming or modification at all. So if you install a double din all you need is this kit and you can totally use all the stick parts from the OEM head unit.

Does the job
Basically bought the kit just for the outside trim piece for my 2005 Honda CR-V

Poor fitment
Used the kit for a 2002 CRV. The stereo I installed used the factory mounts and installed perfectly. I needed this kit simply to fill the space around the double din head unit. Unfortunately it doesn’t work unless you use the sides and tray parts of the install kit, which don’t actually line up with any factory mount points. Total garbage. I’m going to 3D print my own filler plate. Waste of money

Good fit, but needs some work to install
This kit does a good job of filling the gap between the radio and the dashboard. Once installed, the final look is clean and factory-like. Installation takes a bit of effort and adjustment to get everything lined up properly, so it’s not completely plug-and-play. Overall, good quality kit with a clean end result if you take your time with the install.

Front Bezel doesn't fit 100%
Needs to be better fitment in a civic. Installed following all instructions, rationing all lettered clips etc, and front bezel/bracket bends in the middle. Needs to be a better fitment.
