They're designed for adhesive backed sand paper. Search for "PSA 2 3/4 sand paper" on Amazon. I purchased 80, 120 and 400 for working body filler and high build primer on my random car projects. They work great and help prep and level everything for final top coats.

what are the length of blocks

the longest block is 16 inches the medium blocks and round is 11 inches and the smallest is 5 1/2 inches . The blocks can be shaped slightly if needed just curve a little then stick paper

Will these conform to trim molding, various cabinetry contours and designs, etc...? Im looking to finish some woodworking projects.

There is some flexibility but they are rather rigid. You might want to look at the soft sanders that we have on Amazon.
