Wine Aerator Decanter Pourer Set with Glass Stand

this Redevino Wine Aerator set works GREAT! don't bother with the stopper aerator's that go into the bottle they don't work! There's something about when the wine leaves the bottle THEN goes into the aerator that makes all the difference. If someone gives me a bottle of wine that isnt my fav or I try something new that doesnt taste so great i run it thru this aerator twice and it smooths out the taste. And I definitely use it on a day-old bottle of opened wine to bring it back to life. And for those that commented that it makes funny noises; it's SUPPOSED TO; it's adding AIR to your wine so there's going to be a bubbling/air movement noise as the air runs through the wine then escapes the device.

Does what it's supposed to do: aerates win. Solid build quality and well designed with two bases, one for use on top of a glass as shown, the other being a tabletop base. My only complaint is that I don't find the aerator to be very aesthetic - although given the function it has to provide they probably had limited options in that area.

Prior to the Redevino, I was using an aerator that you stick in the end of the bottle and pour out of and the angle of the bottle changed aeration level. The Redevino is so much easier. It is also super easy to clean (just run water through it and use soap if needed). I feel like hot water does the trick. For those that mention the sound, that is the aeration (i.e. you know it is working if this happens). I would recommend and buy again.

Water and wine make it behind the rubber which surrounds the neck and it does not dry out and is very hard to clean. It's gross.

The problem with this decanter is that it continues to drain for a while after you use it. There is a stand for it to drain into but then the decanter sits in the drained wine. Other decanters I have used have a stand that allows the decanter to drain into a reservoir that the decanter does not come in contact with.

Very nice for someone who only drinks a glass or two at a time. Easy to use and maintain, I keep it in the closet ready to go after rinsing. Aerated the wine very well. Very pleased with this product, thanks.
