No Sweetners Added
After trying several brands of multivitamins, I finally found and stuck with the HealthAid brand. I like the fact that it contains a pro-biotic and doesn't contain any sweeteners or nasty bulking agents. There is a slight bitter taste on the tongue after swallowing a tablet, but quickly goes away with a swig of water. I would rather have the slight bitter taste than a sweetener added. I just wish other vitamin companies would take note and stop adding these sweeteners to our vitamins. If we want sweets we can go elsewhere, we just need straight forward vitamins for our every day health. Anyway, enough of my rant and back to the multivitamin review. The tablets are quite large, but are easily swallowed and don't leave you feeling drowsy. I find that they gave me energy to face the day and kept my stomach calm. I also like that each tablet is blister packed, so there is no need to count if there are tablets missing. I would definitely buy this brand again if the quality they provide continues.
