Go Beyond 10FT 3M Long Black Strong Nylon Braided 30 Pin to USB Sync and Charge Cable Cord for Apple iPhone 4/4s, iPad 1/2/3, iPod

Within one month, 2 of these braided cables have stopped charging two version 2 iPads. A separate issue is that the 30-pin end does NOT snap or lock into position when plugged in. Not locking into position is annoying. Not charging makes this cable a waste of money. In no way was this cable worth $7.95 let alone the ~$45.00 the merchant suggests (as a marketing strategy to lure in buyers). Unfortunately, I can't return these 2 worthless cables.

The braided cable seems nice (if a bit stiff), but the fit into the phone itself is poor. The reason it gets 1 star is that it doesn't actually work. It will charge a dead phone to the point where it turns on, but after the phone comes on it stops charging. It acts like it's failing some kind of check once the OS is loaded, but there is no error message. Tried on 2 different iphones. Both phones charge fine with other genuine and generic cables we have. I waited to long to return it, so it's going in the trash.

I like these! They're the perfect length, they connect securely, they don't tangle, and they seem to charge my iPad in a fairly timely manner. And they're pink, which means they're cheery. Or something.For the price, you can't beat them.

awesome. strong durable. hard for my 3 1/2 year old son to destroy. He has been very hard and destroyed previous charging cords. I also think that with limited places to charge in our house, he appreciates that it is 10 feet long. He is able to charge and sit comfortably with his i-pad all at the same time. The price was great for a cord this long and the braiding really helps prevent damage to it. If you need a long, durable charging cord for the i-pad two, this is for you. 3 1/2 year old tested.

This is the first time the 30 pin does not fit smoothly into my iPad. I'm worried in time, that it may damage the iPad where it plugs in. The nylon braiding is great. (I had one before, but needed another: a set of cable wires for living room and a set in bedroom, so I don't have to carry them around.) It does charge well.

The cable worked when it was new. But after using it for about a week, the charging rate became very low. Battery charged percentage keeps going down with the cable plugged in. Thought it was my iPad problem because the cable was relatively new. Switched back to my old cable and the charging problem went away.

2 of the 3 cables did not work in my iPad 2. I tried the Apple wall cube charger and my MacBook Pro’s USB ports. Returning them for refund.Tip: Test all cables you receive when you get them. Glad I didn’t pull the single working one from the package first!

I puchased three of these 10 foot, 30 pin Apple connectors seven months ago because I needed to replace my other cords. The other cords were similar to more costly in price and did not perform nearly as long or as well as these 30 pin cables. After seven month these cords not only continue to carry a charge, but also continue to transfer data. I am very impressed with this product and I will purchase more should I ever need them.
