Concentrated Color
Love this product. Color is concentrated and a little goes a long way! Just ordered another color.

Will not buy again
I was going for a deep purple but it took a lot of the product to achieve a darker pure. It still did not satisfy.

I have only given 4 stars simply because of what you can see in the photo. Not sure what happened as the pot is still sealed although the strip was slightly lifted. The colour eventually washed off my hands and we cleaned both the purple and yellow pots. Sugarflair food colourings are my usual choice to use and this has not put me off using them again.

Ich habe diese Lebensmittelfarbe zum Einfärben von Fondant genutzt. Dafür ist sie sehr gut geeignet,denn sie ist pastenartig und enthält keine Flüssigkeit ,die den Fondant aufweichen könnte. Auch zum Einfärben von Kuchenteig funktionierte sie wunderbar. Kleines Manko ,es ist eher ein tiefes Dunkelblau als Lila und wenn man einen helleren Lilaton erhalten möchte,sprich weniger Farbe zugibt wird es eher eine Mischung zwischen Flieder und Grau . Da das aber auch bei den Lilatönen von anderen Pastenfarbenherstellern so war,die ich bisher ausprobiert habe ,denke ich es ist nicht anders herzustellen bei diesen Farben.Das ist natürlich Meckern auf hohem Niveau denn für die Regenbogenfarben reicht es als Lila auf jeden Fall (siehe Foto ) . Darum auch 5 Sterne .Verabeiten lässt sie sich aber gut und ist auch sehr intensiv ,so das nur wenig Farbe gebraucht wird.

Speedy delivery, bit expensive, accurate description

I have tried lots of food colourings and always found they changed my Icing in some way. Some the colour stated could never be achieved no matter how much I used and others made the icing taste funny. With this you only need to use a small amount to get the colour wanted and it has never affected the flavour. I now only use Sugarflair for all my cake needs.
