I installed this in the kitchen for my wife. She often runs her tablet and her phone asks needs to charge during the day. This outlet provides fast charging USB ports for her devices. It was easy to install and it fit into the outlet box with no issues. The cover completes the look and makes a high-quality install.

I've installed a lot of receptacles in my day. For integrated USB, this is my favorite. They look so crowded squeezing two plugs and multiple USB into one item! I think this is the best one because they DONT do that. Replacing the second plug for USB looks soooo clean. This is the GFCI protected secondary receptacle in a bathroom. One side of vanity is GFCI, other side is this Anker device allowing perfect convenience to charge a phone, toothbrush, razor, etc without hassle. Absolutely perfect product. The terminals for install are done well and install easy - sometimes these devices get so big they are hard to squeese into the box. I didn't have too much issue with this one. TL;DR: This is the cleanest look of any USB integrated receptacle. It is Qi and PD up to 30W so it is suitable for any device; it's actually quicker than most.

Our kitchen was originally equipped with a low wattage USB outlet. Impossible to charge newer phones or connect a chargeable disk. Clear installation instructions, for easy DIY. Be safe, shut down the electrical breaker, only need a screwdriver, and pliers, if you need to bend the wires. Fits in the original box. Looks better than the original.

These are nice, but cause issues with multiple types of gang boxes due to sizing. The back is so bulky it just doesn't fit in some types of gang boxes. I had to swap one out and the other it just barely fits in with one slide slightly pushing out. The small rounded plate also causes issues if your gang box has a lip (usually the ones that are just held into the wall by drywall and not nailed into a stud).. the plate just won't fit over the gang box lip. I had to buy an alternative face plate cover just to make it look nicer.

(Update) Anker reached out and was extremely wonderful they offered me a refund for the defective units. This is why I only buy Anker for all my electronics. I gave this product a two-star rating because it almost provided me with a full year of great performance. I purchased these outlets in August 2024 and installed them myself (I’m a retired electrician). The fit was perfect, and they were an ideal replacement for my older outlets. For the first several months, they worked well. I tested the power every two months to ensure they weren’t shorting out, as some reviews mentioned that these units only lasted a few months. Unfortunately, I ended up with one of those batches—out of the four units I bought, they didn’t last as long as I’d hoped. Anker generally makes solid products, and this is the first time I’ve received duds from them. Despite the issues, I’m still satisfied with the time they did work. I plan to contact Anker to see if they can offer any support or solutions. Most of our devices use USB-C, and these outlets were primarily used for that. The only unit I expected to have issues was the one connected to my Amazon Show 15. I assumed it might charge more slowly or fail early, but surprisingly, it was the last one to stop working. I purchased these outlets for $24.99 each.

We have an outdoor gazebo where my wife primarily works during the summer. Since she has her laptop out there, we installed a few of these in weatherproof electrical boxes. They installed easily, though they are a bit thicker than a normal outlet, but no more than a typical GFCI outlet. Overall, they provide a high wattage for having the USBs built in, which is what stood out for us. While a bit more pricey than other options, the quality and wattage are there, making it a strong value. It has lasted more than two years outside in that weather-proof box, which they are not advertised for outside use, but the fact that it has lasted has impressed me. I would definitely buy it again if I was in need of an outlet with built in USBs.

I bought this to go beside my couch and I love it. It makes connecting devices very easy without all the bricks or adapters. I havent had any issues with compatibility, but I do wish it had two USB C ports. Very easy to install if you have the ability to do so. It fit perfectly and replaced an existing duplex receptacle.

I've been happy with this outlet so far. I replaced a Leviton 4X USB-A outlet with this one. This one supports a bit more power, but more importantly has USB Power Delivery up to 30W. That will charge anything, even a laptop but just a little slower. Also the 3X USB on one side left room for an AC outlet that I did not have before. I didn't really need 4 jacks, but 3 I did, and the USB-PD gives a bit more flexibility. For the price I got it on sale, very happy so far.
